Featuring French Wines
Languedoc-Roussillon is home of some innovative producers who combine traditional French wine and international styles, while using lessons from the New World, without loosing tenderness! Much of these innovative Languedoc-Roussillon wines are sold as "Vin de Pays" or "Pays d'Oc".
Sud-Ouest, or South West, is a collection of wine areas inland or south of Bordeaux. Some areas produce primarily red wines in a style reminiscent of red Bordeaux, while other produce dry or sweet white wines. There are several small production areas, many of those are "Vin de Pays".
This month's selection, we're ordering wines from Languedoc-Roussillon and Sud-Oest, both in the sunny south of France.
